Boulgou: The President of the special delegation of the commune of Bittou, Mohamed Lamine Diabat©, presided over the ceremony of the football final of the OSCEP of the CEB of Bittou, held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the municipal stadium of Bittou. The event marked the closure of the 2025 Primary School Sports and Culture Organization's activities in the region.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the final match featured a competition between the Bittou "A" school team and the Gnangdin school team, culminating in a 2-0 victory for Bittou "A." The match served as the concluding event under the theme "Sport and culture in primary school, a factor of resilience and open-mindedness."

The winning team, Bittou "A," received a set of jerseys, a ball, and 50,000 CFA francs. The Gnangdin school team was awarded a set of jerseys, a ball, and 35,000 CFA francs, while the other participating teams each received a set of jerseys, a ball, and 20,000 CFA francs. Prizes for cultural activities ranged from 4,000 FCFA to 25,000 FCFA, and certificates of recognition were given to the best teachers of the CEB.

Soumayda Yam©ogo, head of the Bittou basic education district, emphasized the importance of promoting values that unite the community, especially considering the security challenges facing the area. He expressed gratitude to Mohamed Lamine Diabat© and sponsor Esae B Tagnabou for their support, with Tagnabou promising to organize a day of excellence in Bittou soon.
