Ouagadougou: A citizen recognized for his support of the development of his community. The High Commissioner of the Soum province, Comrade Wend Nere Wilfried TOUGMA, awarded a certificate of recognition to Boukary OUEDRAOGO, a resident of the Kelbo commune living in Ouagadougou, in recognition of his significant contribution to the development of his home commune.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Comrade Boukary OUEDRAOGO received this distinction in recognition of the donation he made to the municipality of Kelbo, consisting of a dump truck, a motorcycle tricycle, a container, and ten tons of rice intended to support local development actions. The certificate of recognition was presented to him in Ouagadougou by the President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the commune of Kelbo, Comrade Fid¨le BAZEMO. He was accompanied by other presidents of special delegations of the province, in the presence of members of the donor's family.

Through this distinction, the High Commissioner of the Soum province praised an act of patriotism, solidarity, and generosity, while inviting the sons and daughters of the province to draw inspiration from this example in order to support the development efforts of their communities.
