Zhengzhou: Chinese stocks experienced an uptick at the close of trading on Monday. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index rose by 0.12 percent, concluding the day at 3,597.94 points.

According to Namibia Press Agency, the Shenzhen Component Index also showed gains, closing 0.44 percent higher at 11,217.58 points. This upward movement in the Chinese stock market reflects a positive trend in both major indices.
