Beijing: China has unveiled a comprehensive plan to construct a modern commercial circulation system that seamlessly integrates domestic and international markets while connecting urban and rural areas. This initiative aims to align production with sales and ensure efficient operations across various sectors.
According to Namibia Press Agency, the plan, which is set for completion by 2027, was released by nine state organs, including the Ministry of Commerce. It emphasizes the enhancement of logistics and distribution systems across counties, townships, and villages, and promotes the growth of new business models such as livestream e-commerce.
Efforts outlined in the plan include the creation of digital supply chain service platforms and the development of globally competitive enterprises within the circulation sector. Additionally, the plan proposes increased tax and financial support alongside pilot programs to facilitate the establishment of the modern commercial circulation system.
