China and Kyrgyzstan Commit to Strengthen Bilateral Ties and Shared Future


BEIJING—In a significant diplomatic meeting on Friday, Wang Huning, China’s top political advisor and chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met with Kyrgyz Parliament Speaker Nurlanbek Shakiev to discuss advancing the partnership between the two nations.



According to Namibia Press Agency, the meeting underscored the strong bilateral relations fostered under the leadership of both countries, elevating their interactions to a comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era. Wang expressed China’s readiness to implement agreements made by the heads of state and further enhance the level and quality of bilateral cooperation.



During the discussions, Wang highlighted the CPPCC’s commitment to increasing exchanges with Kyrgyzstan as part of efforts to build a community characterized by shared prosperity and good neighborliness. He pointed out that these initiatives are crucial for developing a future where both nations benefit mutually from their diplomatic and economic interactions.



Speaker Shakiev commended China’s achievements in various fields and affirmed the absence of political differences or barriers to cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China. He expressed the Kyrgyz Parliament’s eagerness to work closely with the CPPCC to further strengthen the ties between the two countries, emphasizing the shared objectives and mutual respect that define the China-Kyrgyzstan relationship.
