Manni: The second Vice-President of the Special Delegation (VPDS) of the commune of Manni, Gouditi©diba Dabourgou, officially launched the written tests of the Primary School Certificate (CEP), 2026 session, on Tuesday, urging candidates to demonstrate listening skills, discipline and self-confidence.

According to Burkina Information Agency, before the start of the exams, the VPDS invited the students to pay particular attention to reading the topics and the instructions given by the supervisors. "Listening carefully to the reading of the exam papers often allows you to better understand the questions and to effectively direct your thinking towards the expected answers," he advised the candidates.

Mr. Dabourgou Goudit©diba then proceeded to open the first envelope containing the writing test, thus marking the effective start of the examinations. The jury coordinator, Damolga Dahani Marcellin, commended the candidates for their presence and the efforts they had made throughout the school year. He encouraged them to maintain their focus until the end of the session in order to translate their efforts into success.

According to official statistics, 250 candidates were registered for this session. In total, 241 candidates actually took part in the exams, including 127 girls and 114 boys. Holding this exam is of particular importance in the rural commune of Manni, located in the province of Gnagna, Sirba region, which faces significant security challenges.

Despite this difficult context, administrative and educational authorities and education partners are continuing their efforts to guarantee children their right to education and conditions conducive to academic success.
