Atelier annuel de formation sur le renforcement des capacités en matière de passation des marchés
La Commission de la CEDEAO organise son atelier annuel de formation sur le renforcement des capacités en matière de passation des marchés à Lagos, au Nigeria, du 15 au 17 juin 2023.
La Cérémonie d’Ouverture a été marquée par la présence du Professeur Nazifi Abdullahi DARMA, Commissaire aux Services Intérieurs de la Commission de la CEDEAO, du Directeur de l’Administration et des Services Généraux, M. Seydou BANGOURA, du Directeur de la Planification Stratégique and du Suivi-Evaluation, du Directeur des Ressources Humaines p.i., ainsi que de divers praticiens et acteurs de la passation des marchés des Institutions, Agences et Départements Techniques de la CEDEAO.
The objectives of the training were set by Professor Nazifi Abdullahi DARMA, who encouraged participants to adopt and adhere to best practices with respect to the regulations and procedures of the ECOWAS Procurement Code and Manual. He further indicated that the success of the workshop will lead to improved efficiency of procurement processes within all institutions and agencies.
The Director of Administration and General Services, Mr. BANGOURA, also highlighted the importance of the workshop, encouraging participants to share and discuss experiences and issues relating to procurement in order to facilitate the smooth execution projects and programs.
The three days will conclude with the adoption of several recommendations proposed by the participants.
