Nando: The ten canton chiefs of the Boulkiemde province demonstrated their support for the presidential initiative, Faso Mebo, on Wednesday by bringing two tons of cement. The donation was received by Faso Mebo's deputy coordinator for Nando, Captain Aboubacar Compaore, at Faso Mebo's headquarters in Koudougou, in the presence of the High Commissioner of Boulkiemde Province, Salimata Ouedraogo/Sanou.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the canton chief of Bingo, His Majesty Naaba Ambga, emphasized the importance of this initiative by the traditional chiefs of Boulkiemde. For him, this gesture symbolizes the determination of traditional leaders to actively participate in the building of Burkina Faso and to support the development efforts led by the presidential initiative Faso Mebo.
This support from traditional leaders strengthens the initiative's ability to carry out its projects for the benefit of the people of Nando.
