According to Burkina Information Agency, these messages were revealed during the goal celebrations, with the players wearing t-shirts emblazoned with words of encouragement for Sako. He was injured on the second day of Group B action in the U17 CAN and was unable to participate in the match against South Africa. Sako remains hopeful for a swift recovery to join his teammates in future matches of the tournament.
The U17 AFCON Morocco 2025 is scheduled to take place from March 30 to April 19, and the Cadet Stallions are determined to continue their successful run while rallying around their injured comrade.
