According to Burkina Information Agency, the state daily Sidwaya prominently features the burial of Bishop Jean-Marie Untaani Compaoré on its front page. It reports that the bishop, who was known as ‘The Uniter’, was laid to rest in the episcopal vault at the Notre-Dame de l’Immaculée Conception Cathedral on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Ouagadougou.
