Many terrorists were killed Thursday in army strikes, and their means destroyed, in Sogodin (Centre-North), AIB learned from reliable sources.

An armed terrorist group, estimated at nearly 300 criminals, launched an assault early in the morning of Thursday, September 14, 2023, on a position of the Combatant Forces in Sogodin, in the Center-North region.

But very quickly, they were pushed back by the valiant fighters.

The criminals then split into several groups in a false hope of getting away with it.

But fortunately, the air assets that came as reinforcements will ensure the hunt to their last entrenchments.

A first group finally met under a large tree in Korko for a debriefing with leaders.

They will be wiped out by precise strikes and their guards who took the path to the bush suffered the same fate.

Combat helicopters pursue a second, larger group, into a base in the heart of the bush, near a watercourse.

They then breathe fire and consume the terrorists and their materials.

According to our sources, the hunt for the enemy continues on all fronts.
