Several terrorists were neutralized in the Tikaré area by air vectors, in response to an attack against one of the positions of the Combatant Forces, the AIB learned.
The Combatant Forces of Birou (8 km from Tikaré, Center-north) put up fierce resistance to around a hundred terrorists who had come to attack them.
Repulsed, the criminals fled towards Senopguian, 22km from Tikaré.
The air vectors called in as reinforcements first successfully struck a first group of terrorists gathered in their headquarters under a tree.
The fugitives who camouflaged themselves under trees and bushes will in turn be decimated by fighter planes.
The hunt for terrorists continues on all fronts.
