The Combatant Forces killed terrorists and recovered equipment this Wednesday morning during a repulsed assault on the city of Kompienga (East), the AIB learned from security sources who mention another terrorist defeat in Retkoulga in the Center-North.

On the morning of Wednesday, June 14, 2023, an armed terrorist group, 100 strong, launched an attack on the town of Kompienga.

But thanks to the determination of the FDS and the VDP, the enemies suffered a beating.

Indeed, the combativeness of the friendly Forces has enabled the neutralization of dozens of terrorists, the majority of whose remains were taken away by their accomplices.

The boys also recovered material from the attackers.

In the Center-North area, more precisely in the locality of Retkoulga, the radars of the intelligence services spotted a band of terrorists moving on about forty motorcycles and tricycles.

In the meantime, the criminals paused at a hangar and a building to rest. They will be exterminated there by strikes by the Burkinabè army, carried out with discretion and efficiency.

Operations are continuing on all fronts to recapture the entire territory and restore peace, AIB sources indicate.
