Ouagadougou: The Minister of Agriculture, Commander Isma«l Sombi©, initiated the cleaning work on 25 hectares of the Boulbi dam in the commune of Komsilga, located near Ouagadougou. This effort aims to mobilize over 100,000 cubic meters of water to enhance agricultural production in the region.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the cleaning operation is being conducted by the National Society for Land Development and Rural Equipment (SONATER). The project is scheduled to continue through the end of May, focusing on the comprehensive cleaning of the specified 25 hectares of the dam infrastructure.
