OUAGADOUGOU — The Ministry of Territorial Administration of Burkina Faso has reiterated its ban on construction within administrative reserves, warning that violators will face legal consequences.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Ministry has noticed ongoing construction activities in these restricted areas. The Minister of Territorial Administration, Decentralization, and Security has reminded the public of the strict prohibitions against such activities and affirmed that enforcement of the law will be rigorous. The Minister appealed to the citizens’ sense of responsibility and civic-mindedness to adhere to these regulations, emphasizing the importance of respecting the ban for community and administrative integrity.
