OUAGADOUGOU—Burkina Faso’s public companies achieved an overall profit of 95.881 billion CFA francs in 2023, a significant increase from the 76.696 billion CFA francs recorded in 2022.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the report indicates an absolute increase of 19.185 billion CFA francs, which translates to a 25.01% rise in relative value from the previous year. This impressive growth underscores the enhanced financial performance of state-owned enterprises in Burkina Faso.
