Burkina Faso Government Honors Late Cultural Icon Me Pacéré.

OUAGADOUGOU: A government delegation led by Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo paid a final tribute on Tuesday to Me Frédéric Titinga Pacéré, whose burial is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2024, in Manega in family privacy. The delegation, representing the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, acknowledged the significant contributions of Me Pacéré to both his community and the broader world.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Me Frédéric Passéré Titinga, who passed away last Friday at the age of 81, was a highly revered figure, known as the dean of Burkina’s lawyers and a distinguished cultural advocate. His legacy is marked by his works that have left a lasting impact on Africa and beyond. The ministerial delegation, led by the Minister of State for Culture, Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, visited the deceased’s family home in Tanghin to express the government’s condolences.
