During the month of March, the FDS and the VDP made immeasurable sacrifices for the motherland. On March 30, 2026, units patrolling in the Zimsa area, in the Koulp©logo province, neutralized several terrorists after fighting. On the same day, their comrades in Bomborokui, in Banwa province, vigorously repelled an attempted attack, inflicting heavy losses on the assailants.
On March 28, 2026, criminals who had come to oppose the deployment of the Forces in Diabiga were swiftly and effectively neutralized, while ground units pursued the fleeing survivors. On March 26, 2026, an identified terrorist position in the Nakamb© region was successfully secured and then dealt with by the forces involved.
From March 20 to 23, 2026, the 18th and 7th Rapid Intervention Battalions (BIR) conducted an operation codenamed Saniyan in the Solenzo area. This coordinated maneuver neutralized several terrorist fighters and disrupted their logistical bases. On March 19, 2026, BIR 26 conducted an infiltration operation in Ti©badi, in the Ougarou area, where a residual enemy was neutralized. On the same day, as part of the reconquest of Petegoli, a Special Forces commando unit infiltrating the area engaged in close combat with enemy elements. The operation resulted in a clear victory for loyalist forces, with dozens of terrorists neutralized, their logistical support abandoned, and the town completely recaptured.
On March 14, 2026, the special intervention groups of BIR 11 and 30 ambushed terrorists in the M©n© area, inflicting heavy losses on them. This action followed another operation carried out on March 13, 2026, by BIR 18 in the Mawe area, where several criminals were neutralized. On March 10, 2026, the same units of BIR 11 and 30 had already struck a terrorist supply network in the Koogo area, significantly disrupting the enemy's logistical capabilities.
On March 9, 2026, as part of Operation Kanga in Djibo, an attempted incursion against the positions of the 6th BIR was successfully thwarted. On March 8, 2026, a large group of terrorists preparing for an attack was detected and then effectively dealt with by air and ground forces, causing heavy losses in enemy ranks. On March 7, 2026, two simultaneous actions were recorded: the Cheetah unit, on patrol in the Kongn©r© area (Koulp©logo), neutralized criminals, while the special intervention group of the 18th BIR, infiltrating L©koro, also neutralized several terrorists.
On March 6, 2026, criminals who had attacked the Forces in Yamba and were fleeing towards the Northeast were intercepted and then effectively neutralized. Finally, on March 5, 2026, an attack against BIR 25 elements in Pama was successfully repelled, with the assailants forced to flee, abandoning bodies and war materiel.
