Brussels: The price of Brent crude has decreased to below $63 per barrel for the first time since April 12, 2021, trading data revealed on Monday. As of 07:16 GMT, the price of June futures for Brent crude oil decreased by 4.01% to $62.95 per barrel. The price of May futures for WTI decreased by 4.15% to $59.42 per barrel.
According to Namibia Press Agency, on Friday, the price of Brent crude decreased by about 7.5%-8% to below $65 per barrel for the first time since August 2021.
