Dolo: The commune of Dolo, located in Bougouriba province, has recorded an overall pass rate of 55.62% following the announcement of the results from the second round of the Brevet d'tudes du premier cycle (BEPC) for the 2026 session. The results were unveiled on Sunday, June 14, with 84 out of 151 candidates declared successful.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the candidates hailed from three post-primary and secondary schools within the municipality, as well as independent candidates. The Saptan General Education College (CEG) emerged as the leading institution, with 37 out of 52 registered candidates achieving success, resulting in a pass rate of 71.15%.
Coming in second was Nico High School, which saw 35 of its 55 candidates succeed, culminating in a success rate of 63.64%. The school had one additional candidate registered, bringing the total to 56, but only 55 appeared for the exams.
The Gnonnan Kam Departmental High School in Dolo presented 39 of its 42 registered candidates, out of which 11 were successful, marking a success rate of 28.21%.
Regarding the independent candidates, five sat for the exams across the three secondary centers in the municipality. Of these, only one candidate was successful, resulting in a pass rate of 20%.
In conclusion, the commune of Dolo recorded 84 successful candidates out of 151 present, culminating in an overall success rate of 55.62%. The performance underscores satisfactory outcomes for most establishments, particularly highlighting Saptan General Education College as the top performer in the BEPC 2026 examination.
