Bittou 2026 BAC Session: 188 Candidates Encouraged by PDS Before Exams Begin

Bittou: The President of the special delegation of the municipality of Bittou, Mohamed Lamine Diabat©, along with a substantial delegation, inaugurated the written tests of the 2026 baccalaureate session at the Bittou departmental high school on Tuesday. The delegation included security forces, directors of decentralized services, and representatives from customary authorities and associations.

According to Burkina Information Agency, 188 candidates, comprising 99 boys and 89 girls, are registered with the single examination board at the Bittou center for this significant academic milestone. The candidates are divided into the A4 series with 67 participants (35 boys and 32 girls) and the D series with 121 participants (64 boys and 57 girls).

Prior to the commencement of the exams, Mohamed Lamine Diabat© and his delegation visited the examination rooms, providing words of encouragement to the candidates. He urged them to maintain calmness, confidence, and discipline throughout the examination period.

Diabat© then officially opened the envelopes containing the exam questions, witnessed by the candidates and school administration members. He expressed his support, stating, 'We are here this morning with all the decentralized services of the Bittou department and the members of the special delegation to encourage you on the occasion of the 2026 baccalaureate exams. We wish you every success.'

He also emphasized the importance of adhering strictly to the invigilators' instructions to ensure a successful examination process.

Jury president Adou Toe commended the turnout of administrative and traditional authorities and technical services, highlighting their support for the candidates. He advised candidates to remain calm and avoid any activities that could jeopardize their exams, concluding with gratitude towards the authorities and wishing the candidates a successful exam session.
