Beijing – A special exhibition dedicated to Confucian culture has opened at the Palace Museum in Beijing, featuring a diverse collection of artifacts that illustrate the enduring legacy and global influence of Confucian thought.
According to Namibia Press Agency, the exhibition showcases 380 items and sets from nearly 30 archaeological and cultural institutions worldwide, including contributions from the Palace Museum itself. The display aims to trace the evolution of Confucian culture through archaeological findings, preserved texts, and cultural relics, offering visitors a comprehensive understanding of Confucius' teachings and their significant impact over millennia.
Organized jointly by the Palace Museum and the International Confucian Association, the exhibition is timed to coincide with the 2575th anniversary of Confucius' birth and will run until January 5, 2025.
