Banwa: The New Provincial Director of Public Procurement Requests Support from Stakeholders

Ouagadougou: The new provincial director of public procurement and financial commitments of Banwa, Sidgnassa Mahamadi Charlemagne, was installed in his duties on Thursday, July 3, 2025, in the meeting room of the Solenzo town hall by the Secretary General of the province in the presence of certain directors and heads of department.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Sidgnassa Mahamadi Charlemagne Pamtaba, who was appointed by the Council of Ministers on May 14, has requested the support of his superiors and the province’s partners to succeed in his mission. Upon taking office, he emphasized his availability to support Banwa province’s stakeholders in achieving their common objectives while adhering to legal and regulatory provisions.

The role was previously managed by an interim, Pascal Minougou, Regional Director of Public Procurement Control and Financial Commitments of Boucle du Mouhoun, who took over in February 2025 following the departure of Alfred Da. The Secretary General of Banwa province, Ab
