Banwa: The agricultural VDPs of the commune of Sami received seeds and sprayers for the agricultural campaign on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The kit consists of 4 bags of 50 kg of maize seeds, 80 kg of cowpea seeds, 100 kg of peanut seeds, a box of okra seeds, two sprayers (electric and manual), a seed drill, and two tarpaulins. The kit was handed over to the agricultural VDP by the representative of the president of the special delegation of the commune of Sami, Karim Sanou. According to Burkina Information Agency, the development focal point of the mission officer, Hervis Coulibaly, stated that plowing for the agricultural VDP of Sami is underway on an area of 13 hectares. These agricultural VDPs will also benefit from 40 bags of 50 kg of NPK fertilizer and 16 bags of 50 kg of Urea fertilizer during this winter campaign 2026.
