Bam’s Non-Formal Education Certification Assessment Sees Over 1,400 Candidates

Bam: The certification assessment of non-formal education commenced this Monday in the province of Bam, with 1,417 candidates participating across 45 centers. The AIB reported from the site that the High Commissioner of Bam Province, Karim Ou©draogo, opened the first envelope containing the text study test, officially launching the assessments at the Lioudougou A center in sector 5 of Kongoussi.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DPEPPNF) of Bam, Naba Ilboudo, expressed satisfaction with the organization of the exam. He emphasized that all necessary arrangements have been implemented to ensure a smooth and secure process across all centers in the province. Ilboudo noted that supervisors, invigilators, and examiners have been mobilized, the tests arrived on time, and candidates were present at the examination centers.

Mr. Ilboudo stated that the results are anticipated around May 27, 2025. These results will enable candidates to validate their skills and, for some, provide access to qualifying training or income-generating activities. The non-formal education certification exam is designed for adult learners and young people not in school who have undergone a literacy and training program.
