Bam Province Secretary General Encourages Students to Excel in Primary Exam

Noumbiel: The Secretary General of Bam Province, Moussa Sanou, representing the High Commissioner, officially inaugurated the Primary School Leaving Certificate (CEP) 2026 session by opening the first envelope of written exam papers at Centre A School in Kongoussi. He urged the students to maintain calmness and excel in their efforts.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event was attended by the provincial director of preschool, primary, and non-formal education (DPEPPNF) of Bam, Naba Ilboudo, and the first vice-president of the special delegation of Kongoussi, €š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬¦¡¬°tienne Sawadogo. Mr. Sanou initiated the exam with the writing test and motivated the candidates to have confidence in their capabilities and strive for excellence.

A total of 4,585 candidates, comprising 2,599 girls and 1,986 boys, are participating in the exam, as per statistics from the DPEPPNF of Bam. The Kongoussi I Basic Education District (CEB) has the highest number of candidates with 1,182, followed by Kongoussi II with 1,122. Other districts include Guibar© with 693 candidates, Sabc© with 656, Tikar© with 418, Rouko with 380, and Bourzanga with 134.

Naba Ilboudo, the provincial director, expressed his best wishes for the candidates' success and lauded the dedication of supervisors, teachers, parents, and various partners involved in facilitating the session.
