Balav© Basic Education District Holds Successful Review Meeting for 2025-2026 School Year

Banwa: The Balav© Basic Education District (CEB) recently conducted its review meeting for the 2025-2026 school year at Balav© A school, bringing together educational supervisors, school principals, and inspectorate staff to discuss the district's performance and future directions.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the meeting's agenda focused on evaluating educational activities, administrative performance, and addressing other relevant matters. Participants assessed the educational, administrative, and overall achievements of the year. From a pedagogical perspective, each school benefited from school visits, classroom observations, and practical advice from pedagogical advisors, with principals also conducting in-class assessments.

Administratively, the Head of the Basic Education District praised the school principals for their efficient management of correspondence. Morally, satisfaction was expressed among participants regarding the year's achievements. Various inspection service heads also presented activity reports, which were considered satisfactory.

Comrade Inspector Kapi Keita, head of the Primary Education Office, applauded the school principals for their accomplishments, encouraging them to maintain their efforts in the future. At the meeting's conclusion, Comrade Konowi¨ Sora, Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB), also congratulated his team on achieving a 100% pass rate in the CEP and other classes.

Sora commended the directors for their resilience in implementing new reforms, such as the introduction of English in trades and ICT, as initiated by the Ministry of Basic Education, Literacy, and Promotion of National Languages. He urged principals to continue promoting traditional attire, encouraging the wearing of Faso Danfani and K´k´ Dunda loincloths among parents and students.
