GARANGO — This Friday, hundreds gathered at the sacred Boulgou hill in Garango to offer sacrifices and seek favors, continuing an annual tradition deeply rooted in the local culture. The ritual, known as Boulgou Balè, involved offerings of various livestock to invoke the hill’s reputed supernatural abilities to grant wishes.
