The Greek Embassy in Kyiv, whose staff members had evacuated the city due to security reasons shortly after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, is operating again with the essential staff.
Manolis Androulakis, who was the Consul General of Greece in Mariupol until a few weeks ago, has taken office as Chargé d’ Affaires.
The Embassy, together with the Consulate General in Odessa, which is operating normally, will continue to provide all possible assistance to Greek citizens, as well as to Diaspora Greeks in Ukraine.
It shall be noted that the instructions to Greek citizens contained in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announcements of February 14 and 22 remain valid.
