ANAC Convenes Second Consultative Council in Icolo e Bengo

According to Angola Press News Agency, the meeting is being held at the ANAC headquarters located at Dr. Ant³nio Agostinho Neto International Airport. The event is intended to provide a technical platform for discussing user fees within the aviation sector, focusing on the theme "Tax Burden in the Aviation Sector: Impacts, Challenges and Sustainability."

The meeting is a one-day affair that will review the progress made on recommendations from the First Consultative Council. Additionally, it will address several key topics, including "User Fee in the Aviation Sector - Necessary Cost or Barrier to Competitiveness", "Environmental Taxation in Angolan Aviation - Paths to Sustainability", and "Economic Regulation and Tax Burden - Balancing the State's Financial Sustainability". The competitiveness of the aviation sector will also be a point of discussion among other topics.
