Algeria and Turkey Collaborate to Support Startups

Algiers, Algeria – Algeria Venture, a public startup accelerator, and Turkish Airlines have signed a memorandum of understanding in Algiers. This agreement aims to bolster support for startups and innovators, offering them preferential rates for plane tickets.

According to Africa News Agency, The signing ceremony, held at the Exhibition Center in Algiers during the 31st Algerian Production Fair, was attended by notable figures. Sid Ali Zerrouki, Managing Director of Algeria Venture, and Muhammed Ibrahim Kavranoglu, Managing Director of Turkish Airlines in Algeria, inked the agreement. The event was graced by the presence of Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid, Minister of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Micro-enterprises, and Muhammet Mucahit Kucukyilmaz, Turkish Ambassador to Algiers, as reported by APS agency.
