Air Senegal has announced that it has been awarded IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) certification.

This certification, issued by IATA (International Air Transport Association), is a quality label awarded to airlines after an audit covering 1,057 control points in eight main areas: quality and safety management systems, including company organization; aircraft maintenance; flight operations, including technical and cabin crew training; ground operations, including cargo; flight operations control center; and security.

Established in 2016, Air Sénégal began operations in 2018, and currently operates a fleet of nine aircraft, across a network of 21 destinations.
