AIB Enhances Administrative Writing Skills of Executives in Ouagadougou

Ouagadougou: The General Directorate of the Burkina Information Agency (AIB) recently conducted an intensive training session from August 27 to 29, 2025, aimed at honing the administrative writing skills of its executives. This initiative is part of AIB's commitment to enhancing the management and production of administrative documents.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the training was essential for professionalizing the preparation of administrative documents. She commended the quality of the modules and the depth of discussions, asserting that the initiative met its objectives effectively.

The training was facilitated by Kouliga Birba, a human resources management advisor, and Abdoul Kader Yougbare, a school and university administration advisor. The experts provided participants with a blend of theoretical insights, practical case studies, and tools tailored to the nuances of the Burkinabe public service.

Beyond improving the quality of administrative documents, the session created a platform for productive exchanges between AIB executives and trainers, enhancing the understanding of administrative communication challenges.

This initiative reflects the AIB General Management's dedication to equipping its personnel with the skills needed to tackle the challenges of modernizing administration and bolstering internal governance.
