ADDIS ABABA – The African Boxing Confederation (AFBC) has reached an agreement with Ethiopia to establish its headquarters in Addis Ababa, marking a significant milestone for the country’s sporting community.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, The hosting country agreement, signed today by the State Minister of Foreign Affairs and Eyasu Wosen, President of the AFBC, was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This strategic move is expected to bolster Ethiopia’s position in the international boxing arena and contribute to the development of the sport across the continent.
