ADDIS ABABA – The Africa Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX) and the Organisation of Southern Cooperation (OSC) have formalized a partnership aimed at enhancing cooperation across Africa. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed today by Zadig Abraha, Chief of AFLEX, and Sheikh Mansour bin Musallam, Secretary-General of OSC, sets a foundation for collaborative efforts in education, research, and social development initiatives throughout the continent, including Ethiopia. This five-year agreement will facilitate the exchange of information, experts, and resources to support the achievement of their shared objectives.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, the MoU is a strategic move towards strengthening South-South Cooperation and achieving significant advancements in various sectors across Africa.
