According to Burkina Information Agency, the training, held over three days, covered extensive topics such as idea generation, business realism testing, and overall management. Financial aspects such as budgeting, savings, and credit were also emphasized, along with customer relationship management and financial planning.

The primary goal of this training was to enable participants to benefit from their activities in gold panning, agriculture, and livestock, and to invest their earnings in other sectors.
