Bamako: The President of the National Commission of the Alliance of Sahel States of Burkina Faso, Bassolma Bazie, along with his Vice-President, Colonel-Major Ernest Yelemou, delivered a message from the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore, to his Malian counterpart, General Assimi Goita.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Malian Presidency reported that the two emissaries conveyed a message focused on fraternity, solidarity, and a commitment to the influence of the Alliance of Sahel States.
