ADDIS ABABA – The Ministry of Agriculture announced today that an agricultural investment forum and exhibition will be held in Addis Ababa, showcasing agricultural mechanization technologies and highlighting investment opportunities within the country.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, who briefed journalists earlier today, the event is scheduled for August 14 to 15, 2024, at Millennium Hall. The forum is expected to attract over 500 exhibitors who will display a wide range of agricultural technologies and products.

The primary goal of the event, Sophia explained, is to promote agricultural investment opportunities and foster a conducive environment for collaboration among national and international investors, farmers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. The forum will include seminars, symposiums, and panel discussions focused on the agricultural sector, as well as interactive business-to-business and business-to-government sessions.

This significant event aims to showcase Ethiopia’s potential in the agricultural sector to both domestic and international investors, highlighting the country’s readiness to advance its agricultural development.
