Accra: The inaugural Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B) is set to take place on November 29-30, 2023, in Accra, Ghana. This event marks a significant step in enhancing global collaboration in cybersecurity.
According to Africa News Agency, Co-organized by the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise, the Cyber Peace Institute, the World Bank, and the World Economic Forum, the GC3B aims to highlight the importance of equipping every nation with the expertise, knowledge, and skills necessary for their digital future. The conference is designed to foster international cooperation in developing these capabilities, ensuring a free, open, and secure digital world. A key feature of the GC3B will be the unveiling of the Accra Declaration, a global framework outlining concrete actions to assist countries in bolstering their cyber resilience.
