Accra Fashion Week (AFWK23) is set to take place at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum from December 13 to 17, 2023, attracting creators from over 10 different countries to Ghana for this momentous event.
According to Africa News Agency, With a vast pool of 150 male and over 200 female model applicants, the casting directors of Accra Fashion Week faced a significant challenge in selecting models for the country’s most significant fashion event. The casting process saw models arriving not only from Ghana but also from neighboring countries like Mali, Benin, Ivory Coast, Togo, and Mali, eager to participate in this grand fashion showcase.
During the five-day event, the C-suite fashion brand, renowned for its elegance and sophistication, will offer insights into its rich heritage, current dynamism, and future innovations. A special showcase and parade by the brand are scheduled for December 16 at 1:30 p.m., forming a part of the main show at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.

Accra Fashion Week has established itself as the foremost gathering for fashion aficionados in Ghana. The event’s 10th edition is expected to host creators from countries including Brazil, Colombia, the United States, Tanzania, Seychelles, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, France, Canada, South Africa, and Ghana’s own top designers.
