Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim TRAOR‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬°, presided over the Academic Excellence Day 2025 ceremony this Friday morning in the Banquet Hall of Ouaga 2000, commemorating outstanding achievements in education across Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony, under the theme "Academic Excellence, a springboard for patriotic commitment and endogenous development in Burkina Faso," honored 138 students, 26 teachers, and 5 supervisors for their exemplary dedication and achievements in primary, post-primary, and secondary education. The Day of Academic Excellence serves as a platform to recognize and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional results over the academic year.
