43.8% Pass Rate Achieved in 2026 Baccalaureate Exams in Bama

Houet: A total of 272 candidates obtained their first university entrance diploma after the two rounds of the Baccalaureate, 2026 session, in the three juries of the commune of Bama, representing a success rate of 43.8% after the proclamation of the results of the second round on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, in the locality.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Series A recorded a success rate of 75%, compared to 28.47% for Series D. Following the second round, announced on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, 29 candidates were declared admitted in Series A and 65 in Series D. In the first round, 124 candidates had been admitted in Series A and 54 in Series D.

Of the 272 admitted, 140 are boys and 132 are girls, out of 621 candidates who sat the exam. It should be noted that among the candidates who sat the exams at the various examination centers in Bama were also candidates from the neighboring communes of Dand© and Koundougou.
