Ouargaye: The prefect, president of the special delegation (PDS) of Ouargaye, Mahamadou Soulama, initiated the commencement of the written tests for the Primary School Certificate (CEP) at the examination center 'B' located at school 'C' of Ouargaye. This significant event took place on Monday, June 2, 2025, marking a pivotal moment for the 253 candidates, comprising 127 girls and 126 boys, who are distributed across three examination centers in the Basic Education District (CEB) of Ouargaye.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the head of the CEB of Ouargaye, Armand Noukoubri, confirmed that all necessary organizational measures have been implemented to ensure the smooth execution of the tests. "For the moment, everything is going well. The rooms have been well prepared and the displaced students have been provided with accommodation. We have not recorded any major incidents," Noukoubri reported, indicating a positive start to the examination process.

The head of basic education in the municipality took the opportunity to commend the dedication of teachers throughout the academic year and extended words of encouragement to the candidates. "I wish the candidates good luck and congratulate the teachers for the remarkable work accomplished. May this session be crowned with very good results," he expressed, acknowledging the collective efforts that have led to this moment.

Mahamadou Soulama, presiding over the opening ceremony, urged the candidates to face the tests with calmness and self-assurance, while expressing his wishes for their success. The official opening of the exams symbolizes a crucial step in the academic journey of these young students in Ouargaye, amidst hopes from educational and administrative authorities for enhanced academic performance at the conclusion of this session.
