The draw of the 2023 Arab Club Champions Cup, made Monday afternoon in Saudi Arabia, placed Esperance ST in group A alongside Al-Ittihad SC of Sudan, Al-Shorta SC of Iraq and another club playing the preliminary rounds.

As for US Monastir and CS Sfaxien, playing the preliminary rounds, they will face Yemeni club Fahman and Qatar of Qatar in the first round, respectively.

If they qualify, CS Sfaxien will meet in the second preliminary round winners of the match between Al-Hilal Club of Sudan and Manama Club of Bahrain.

If they advance, US Monastir will face winners in the match between Oman’s Al-Seeb Club and Bahrain’s Al-Muharraq.

Preliminary round games will take place in March and April, while the final phase of the competition will take place in Saudi Arabia in July and August, 2023.
