Ouagadougou: The Untaani high school in Diapaga served as the setting, this Tuesday, June 30, 2026, for the launch of the written tests of the Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP) for the 2026 session.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this decisive stage brings together 196 candidates in the province's only center, located in Diapaga. These candidates are divided into five juries representing the following disciplines: men's and women's tailoring, weaving, women's hairdressing, wood and metal joinery, as well as building electrical assistance.
The ceremony launching the written exams was presided over by the Secretary General of the Tapoa province, Martin Zoundi. It took place in the presence of supervisors, candidates, and staff from the Tapoa Provincial Directorate of Secondary Education, Vocational and Technical Training.
In his address, Mr. Zoundi called on the supervisors to be transparent and to guarantee equal opportunities throughout the process, which will conclude on July 7 with the practical phases. He also congratulated and encouraged the candidates, while offering them advice on caution and composure.
The written exams will take place on June 30th only. Successful candidates will then proceed to practical assessments with one of the five designated juries. The entire Professional Qualification Certificate session will conclude on July 7, 2026.
