Kampti: From the Bouti B examination center, the first vice-president of the Kampti Special Delegation, Bªbª KAMBIR€š¬…¡¬°, officially launched the Primary School Certificate (CEP) and entrance exams for the sixth grade, 2026 session, on Tuesday. A total of 1,221 candidates are taking part in this crucial exam, the first step towards secondary education.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the tests were inaugurated by Mr. KAMBIR€š¬…¡¬° in the presence of key educational figures, including the Head of the Basic Education District (CEB) of Kampti, educational supervisors, and those responsible for organizing the exam. In his address, Mr. KAMBIR€š¬…¡¬° encouraged the candidates to approach the exams with serenity, discipline, and confidence, emphasizing the importance of the knowledge they acquired during the school year.

'The CEP is an important step in every student's academic life. I urge you to stay focused, work calmly, and be honest. The efforts made throughout the year will pay off,' he said. Meanwhile, the Head of the CEB of Kampti acknowledged the dedication of teachers, educational supervisors, parents, and all actors in the education system for preparing the candidates and ensuring a smooth organization of the session.

Later in the day, the Provincial Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education of Poni, Jonas TIOYE, visited the examination center to oversee the official opening of the envelope containing the History-Geography exam, adhering to regulatory requirements. The first candidates exiting the exam rooms expressed confidence in their performances.

'The topics were within our reach. I handled the different questions well and I hope to get good results at the end of the exam,' said student KAMBOU Si© Jean. The 2026 session of the CEP and the entrance exam for the sixth grade continues in various centers across the commune of Kampti, under the vigilant supervision of educational authorities, who are committed to ensuring the orderly conduct of the tests.
