Mountain Rise SAPS would like to make an appeal to the members of the community regarding a missing person, Nikita Govender (13) of Pietermaritzburg. She was last seen on 6 June 2016 at about 07:25 on her way to school and she did not return home. She was last seen wearing a black and white full school uniform. There have been reports that she was seen on Monday on Barnabas Road, on Wednesday on the lane next to Woodlands High School and later on the same day in the Raisethorpe area. Thereafter there were reports that she was seen at the Hayfields mall begging.
