JOHANNESBURG: NALEDI Pandor, the South African Minister of Science and Technology, will address delegates in her opening address at the sixth IT Leaders Africa Summit, organizers confirmed.
The 2015 IT Leaders Africa Summit is scheduled for Johannesburg at the Maslow Hotel, Sandton, on March 18-19.
Kinetic Events, the organizers, said Pandor will provide insight into the state of IT advances in the region and will shed light on the central themes on the event agenda: Transparent IT Governance and Sustaining IT innovation.
The IT Leaders Africa Summit is led by some of today’s key individuals who are shaping the IT landscape in South Africa and beyond.
This year, leaders in the industry including Tunde Coker, MD for Rack
Centre (a Jagal Group company), Robert Sussman, Joint CEO of Integr8 Group and Hugo Timmerman the Head of IT Southern Africa for British American Tobacco have been consulted to tailor the event agenda and will be taking part in a discussion that will pinpoint the CIOs role in implementing enterprise strategy.
The 6th IT Leaders Africa Summit is committed to building a strong community within the continent’s growing ICT industry and will showcase the best that the IT industry in Africa has to offer.
