Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb says Pakistan is rising as an “emerging economic power” in South Asia.
Speaking at “Meet the Press” conference in Peshawar on Thursday afternoon, she said CPEC is a great gift by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to the coming generations of Pakistan.
She said CPEC would prove to be a game-changer not only for Pakistan and the region beyond.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said the PML-N government will fulfill its promise with the nation to overcome the power load-shedding once and for all by early next year.
She said Prime Minister has announced a package of one million rupees each for the families of martyrs and five hundred thousand rupees each for the injured in the Parachinar blasts and there should be no politics on such gloomy incidents.
Minister of State for Information said the Federal Government will implement the reforms package in FATA in consultation with all the stakeholders to bring a positive change to the lives of tribal people.
She said the PTI government has not launched any major project for the welfare of people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its leadership is embroiled in propagating against the Prime Minister’s family in the Panama Papers case.
Meanwhile, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says sacrifices rendered by the nation in the war against terrorism will not go in vain.
She said this while visiting a office of a local newspaper in Peshawar. The Minister of State regretted doing of politics on the incidents of terrorism. She said the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have never reelected a party, which has failed to deliver in the province. She said the people will reject PTI in next general elections as it has failed to fulfill its election vows.
