Minister Mokonyane to hand over thousands of flush toilets in Dawid Kruiper Municipality

The Minister of Water and Sanitation (DWS), Ms Nomvula Mokonyane will hand over thousands of waterborne toilets in the Dawid Kruiper Local Municipality on Friday, 17 November 2017.

This event is part of the annual World Toilet Day commemoration, which will be held under the theme Wastewater.

A total number of 3 442 bucket toilets have been eradicated and replaced with full waterborne toilets at a cost of more than R234 million including the construction of a water reticulation system.
